Two wonderful party ideas that have me inspired lately:
First, a rainbow cake. It is so wonderful!
Second, a balloon party. I'm still not sick of balloons. I buy them every time I go to the grocery store and they make me happy EVERY time. This could be pulled off for not too much money, it would just take some time to blow them all up.
