A few months ago my sister-in-law Liz started a small dinner club. We meet once a month at someone's house and everyone is assigned drinks, appetizers, side dish, or dessert. The host does the entree. Last night was my night to host so I made this Gruyère and Parmesan Cheese Soufflé. It was my first time making a souffle and they all puffed up beautiful and pretty in individual ramekins. Success!
Yum, that looks KILLER!
ReplyDeleteYou are an awesome cook, Jordan.
ReplyDeleteoh the souffle looks delicious
ReplyDeleteIt was my first time eating souffle and it was awesome! Thanks for a great cooking club night!
ReplyDeleteThis looks INCREDIBLE! Think I may have to put it on the list for our upcoming dinner festivities. Yum.
ReplyDeleteThat is seriously impressive! I have a block of Gruyere in the fridge, and now you have me thinking....
ReplyDeleteFunnily enough, I made this exact recipe (found it on epicurious, too) a few weeks ago just because I thought it would be fun to try a savoury souffle for the first time. It puffed up perfectly and was delicious! People seem intimidated by souffles, but this recipe was really quite easy if you follow the instructions.
ReplyDeletei so want to make a souffle and have bookmarked this recipe.
ReplyDeleteyou always make the impossible seem possible :)
YUM. you seem like such an amazing cook!
