A few weeks ago our friends Bille and Mike moved into our building. It has been pretty amazing because Bille loves to cook and she does it a lot. So around 6pm when I'm hungry and remember that I haven't even thought about dinner she calls me to see if we want any homemade enchiladas. It is seriously THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO US. It has taught me that I should always live next door to someone who loves to cook.
